The first edition of the Edunomix India Economics Essay Competition came to an end with great success. Organized by Akshat Bhaskar, the President of the India Chapter, and Ishaan Harish from the India team, this year's competition drew participation from over 19 states across the nation, making it a truly successful event.
This year's theme challenged participants to delve into economic and policy-related issues. The essays showed depth in analysis, sharpness in thought, and fresh new insights on topics relevant to India. The best entry came from Aashni Mishra of Delhi, who won the best essay by delving into the NEET 2024 scandal. Her work highlighted systemic flaws and also offered concrete solutions.
Edunomix Institute takes a lot of pride in the organization of events that encourage talent and thought-provoking discussion over economics.
Congratulations to all participants for their contributions and especially to Aashni Mishra for her outstanding achievement. We look forward to continuing this journey of fostering economic thought leadership in future editions.
