Efficiency

wThere are three main types of efficiency:

Productive efficiency: Producing goods and services at the lowest possible cost, given the available technology and resources.

Allocative efficiency: Producing the optimal mix of goods and services that best satisfies consumer preferences, given the available resources.

Dynamic efficiency: Continually improving production methods and introducing new products and technologies over time.
